CDE stands for Commissioning Design Engineering and we are an engineering and consulting company. We offer services in commissioning, testing, design, and project management for projects in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical power. Our headquarters is located in Västerås, but we also have offices in Stockholm and Kiruna. We are constantly growing and are now looking for someone with a background in the electrical power industry who wants to continue their journey with us at CDE.

Job Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at CDE, you will work on various projects and assignments within the electrical power industry. You play a key role in our project-based operations and will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish. This is a very important job that requires you to be meticulous, structured, independent, and results-oriented.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Leading and driving projects with responsibility for quality, budget, timeline, and follow-up
• Ensuring that resources and materials are available for the project
• Client contact

Education and Experience

• You have an education in electrical power and project management or similar.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in project management within the electrical power industry
• Experience in leading and distributing work within project teams
• You have the ability to work against deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You represent the company to clients, and therefore we expect you to have good communication skills that convey both knowledge and professionalism
• You value good planning and high quality in your work
• You are a team player who is cooperative and open to new ideas and thoughts
• but can also work independently
• You have a valid driver's license (B)
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English
